Hyperion - LEMS answer to sex offender management

LEMS Hyperion allows Georgia Counties to enter and track Sex Offenders in their area as required by law. Agencies can enter Offenders manage photographs, tattoos, vehicles, work details and other investigative investigation. The best part of using Hyperion is once the data is entered it flows to your web page, community centers, the public and all digital links or kiosk throughout your network. Enter the data once and you are done! Other features include:

• Mobile compatible - use it on cellphones, tables or laptops
• Track Offenders photographs, vehicles, workplaces everything. Easily accessible from phones and MDT's
• Reminders - Set schedules to remind Investigators to do Offender checks, validations and ensure the data is current
• API Feed - Push real time data to your Department website. When an Offender absconds or photo is updated it is automatically updated on your website
• Control the information - You control what the public can see, allow the public to subscribe to updates and keep them aware of threats in their area
• Reports - Print Sex Offender Registry list, wanted photos, Law Enforcement Data Sheets
• Track Everything - Historical data of Offenders addresses, photos, vehicles, workplaces all accessible by Investigators
• Transfer Offender - If Offender moves outside your county, transfer them along with all their data to another Agency
• Offender Record Health - Observer the overall condition of the Offenders record. How much information is available, how current is it. When was the last time there was a validation conducted.

So what does it cost....

Initial projections is the cost will be about $5.00 per month per Offender.

When will it be ready?

Soon, we are working with a number of Agencies to hammer out small bugs and features. We still have a few third party integrations we would like to complete before going live. Here are a few we have in the works.

• Google Map Intergration
  • List Offenders on map and allow you to enter the address of restricted areas (schools, churches) and tell you immediately the distance they are from each other
