Thank you for shopping with Law Enforcement Management Systems (LEMS). We strive for complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Refund/Return Window
- You may request a refund or return within 30 calendar days of the original purchase/shipment date (or delivery for physical goods).
- Requests after 30 days are generally not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact (for physical goods).
- Digital products, downloadable content, services, personalized/custom items, gift cards, and perishable goods are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- Sale/clearance items, opened consumables, and items marked final sale are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Products changed or altered after receipt.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact us before returning anything at sales@lems.online or 229-592-3222 with your order number and reason.
- We will provide instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label (you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error).
- Ship the item back within 10 of approval.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds typically cover the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Partial Refunds and Store Credit
- We may issue partial refunds for used/worn items or where full eligibility isn’t met.
- We reserve the right to offer store credit or exchanges instead of cash refunds.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
- We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take customer satisfaction seriously and encourage you to contact us directly with any issues before contacting your bank or credit card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in:
- Denial of future services or account suspension.
- Legal action to recover funds and associated costs (including chargeback fees).
- Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that refunds are governed solely by these terms. Chargebacks for reasons covered under this policy (e.g., buyer’s remorse within the return window without following procedures) will be strongly contested with evidence of your agreement and our delivery records.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within before shipment for a full refund.
- Subscription services: Cancel anytime; refunds are prorated per our subscription terms.
8. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
